Mumbai, India – In 2024, SIMACES Learning LLP (SIILC), a key subsidiary of AP Globale, has significantly expanded its footprint in the skill development and behavioral change sectors, impacting communities across India with innovative, sustainable, and large-scale learning programs. As an accredited National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC)
Training Provider and an affiliate of seven major Sector Skill Councils (SSC), SIILC continues to strengthen its role in driving change through skill-building and community-based learning.
This year, SIILC expanded its operations beyond Maharashtra into Goa, Karnataka, and Andhra Pradesh, reinforcing its commitment to reaching underserved areas. In collaboration with MahaRERA, SIILC has trained over 80% of commercial real estate agents in Maharashtra, benefiting more than 12,000 professionals across 25 districts. Additionally, SIILC’s partnership with the Maharashtra Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (MBOCWW) is set to skill over 20,000 construction workers across four key districts, ensuring their growth within the sector.
One of SIILC’s landmark achievements in 2024 includes a continuing role as a trusted training partner for government-sponsored programs. SIILC’s Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) project under PMKVY 2.0, which certified over 281,000 “Group Farming Practitioners” across Maharashtra, remains a model of large-scale community impact. Similarly, SIILC’s collaboration with the Groundwater Directorate of Surveys & Development Agency promoted water conservation practices across 6,798 gram panchayats, reaching over 232,000 beneficiaries, including significant female participation.
In addition, SIILC’s Cluster Based Business Organization (CBBO) partnership with NAFED under the central government’s “Formation & Promotion of 10,000 FPOs in India” scheme has flourished, with SIILC actively managing 40 Farmer Producer Companies (FPCs) across Maharashtra, Goa, Karnataka, and Andhra Pradesh. This initiative supports over 13,000 farmers, promoting sustainable agricultural practices and creating resilient rural economies.
Since its founding, SIILC has consistently trained around 100,000 beneficiaries annually, reflecting its dedication to impactful skill development. In 2024, the organization continues to expand its range of programs and partnerships, reinforcing its vision of sustainable, skill- driven growth for India’s diverse communities.
