Raviraj is responsible for Corporate Finance, Fundraising, Compliances, Audits, Mergers & Acquisitions, Taxation and Intergroup investments within the AP Globale portfolio.
Prior to joining the organization, Raviraj was Group CFO of Prabhat Dairy Ltd. During his 10 years stint with Prabhat Dairy, he worked in various positions, where he successfully raised Private Equity and the company went for Initial Public Offer (IPO) in 2015. In 2019, the company was sold to French giant Lactalis. Raviraj was also involved in the Delisting process of Prabhat Dairy Ltd. He has also worked closely with management for handling various critical and complex regulatory audits.
He is a Chartered Accountant and Masters in Commerce with a specialization in Costing and Finance from Pune University.
